Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada: 2 to 7 business days
- United States: 4 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 21 business days

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Shipping Address

ErgonoPlus is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ErgonoPlus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and its contents so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged by ErgonoPlus.
